As Vice President, Stefanie Ainge Hahn is responsible for strategic planning and execution to ensure productivity and efficiency in all areas of business operations.


In her current role, Stefanie liaises with the Coldwell Banker Hearthside senior executive team and individual department heads to ensure operational priorities are aligned with the company's strategic direction.


Stefanie has been a dedicated Coldwell Banker employee for more than 15 years. Previously, she was Education Director and Social Media Lead with Coldwell Banker Hearthside, and prior, the Director of Education, Software Support and Sales Associate with Coldwell Banker Diamond, Realtors®.


In addition to her position at Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Stefanie is also a Columnist for Realtor® Mag online and has been an honored guest editor at Realtor® magazine. She has been a featured speaker at several Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Events, Realtors® Triple Play and for other state and local conferences and meetings throughout the country.


She is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Young Professionals Network, the 2017 President of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Women's Council of Realtors®, the 2016-2017 Philadelphia Area Alumnae Panhellenic Secretary, and a Past President of the Alpha Sigma Alpha Philadelphia Metro Alumnae Chapter. Stefanie is involved in the Realtor® Association on the local, state, and national levels and is currently serving her second, elected, 3-year term on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors®.


Stefanie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and has earned professional certifications from the continuing education school at Pennsylvania State University (Abington). She resides in Delaware County with her husband and their rescue dog.
